Terms and Conditions for Our Guest Rooms
These terms are intended to inform our guests about the conditions and modalities of accommodation, reservation, cancellation, the responsibilities of the parties, as well as the management of the data we collect as part of our professional activity. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. The information provided on this official website takes precedence over any information disseminated by our partners, including policies on reservations and cancellations.
Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for our guest rooms as well as your consent to the use of the personal data you provide to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding the confidentiality of the personal information you have shared with us. This information is not shared and is used solely for administrative and practical purposes related to your stay (see GDPR section below).
Welcome
Our guests will receive the warmest welcome. We personally commit to ensuring their reception with all the attention necessary to make their stay enjoyable. Room and bathroom maintenance is provided daily at no additional cost. Beyond the human relations aspect, our guest room rental activity is conducted regularly and constitutes a commercial activity. We are registered with the RCS (Trade and Companies Register) as an LLC under RCS NÎMES 928 637 313. Our guest rooms comply with the provisions of articles D. 324-13 and D. 324-14 of the Tourism Code.
Rates
The prices indicated on this site are all-inclusive (including all charges) in euros (€), VAT included, excluding tourist taxes. These are the prices for direct bookings with Maison Pampa without intermediaries. The nightly rates apply per room, per night, for up to two people for double rooms, for the selected period. Breakfasts are included in the price of the guest rooms. Tourist taxes are additional, according to the regulations in force. Our rates and offers are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be extended for future bookings. Conditions, rates, and offers are subject to change without notice. As the ambiance of the house frequently evolves, the photos available on this site and on social media are non-contractual.
Tourist Taxes
Tourist taxes are local taxes that the guest must pay to the owners, who then remit them to the Community of Communes Pays d’Uzès. In accordance with article L 2333-29 and subsequent articles of the General Code of Local Authorities, the tourist tax is due per night (per night per person), and for Saint-Victor-des-Oules, from January 1st to December 31st inclusive. Rates for the year 2024 (for 4-star accommodation) have been set at €0.88 per night and per person. Minors are exempt.
Reservation
All reservations require written confirmation (email) and a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay. This deposit must be paid no later than 10 days after the reservation request. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill on the day of departure. The reservation is made for a specific number of people. If, upon arrival, the number of people exceeds the number stated at the time of booking, Maison Pampa reserves the right to refuse additional guests. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract initiated by Maison Pampa, and no refund will be provided if a greater number of clients decide to leave.
Duration of Stay
The stay is agreed upon for a specific duration as indicated in the written confirmation sent to the guest. Under no circumstances may the guest claim any right to remain on the premises beyond this agreed period. During high season, from June to September, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights for the guest rooms.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are: Cash (Euros), Bank Transfer (in € only).
Reservation Modification
Any reservation modification must be requested directly with our guest house via email at contact@maisonpampa.com. This modification request will only become effective once Maison Pampa confirms acceptance via email.
Reservation Cancellation
Any partial or total cancellation must be requested directly with our guest house via email at contact@maisonpampa.com. If the cancellation is made at least ten days before arrival, no penalty will be charged. If the cancellation is made less than ten days before arrival, the entire deposit will be charged. If a guest leaves the guest house before the end of the planned stay, Maison Pampa reserves the right to charge and claim or deduct the full amount of the planned stay. A cancellation request will only become effective once Maison Pampa confirms acceptance via letter or email.
Cancellation by Maison Pampa
In case of cancellation by the owner, the owner will refund the amounts received to the guest.
