Our coaches at your service

At Maison Pampa you can take care of your body and soul. Several courses can fulfil your wishes.
We have 3 coaches at your disposal. Appointments should be booked 48h in advance.

OUR WELLBEING EXPERT

Anurag has been teaching yoga and meditation for over ten years. He has learnt and taught in India. Trained in all styles of yoga (atha, ashtanga, vinyasa Ivengar…) he has developed his own method.

Each course is adapted to the needs of the guests and comprises several parts :

  • Mantra : vibration sound
  • Asana : posture
  • Pranayama : breathing
  • Dhyana : relaxation

Anurag is here to help you relax, to give you wellbeing and physical, mental and spiritual health.

OUR SPORT EXPERT

Jérémy has been teaching sport disciplines since 2015. He can adapt to all demands, from the athlete to the senior, he offers a tailor-made programme.

He holds a diploma in BP JEPS (Form and Strength Activities) and in Pilates matwork L-f Pilates.

Each course begins with warming up and ends with stretching to cool off.

Jérémy is here to help you let off steam, let go but at the same time improve your muscular tonus and your health.

OUR TONING EXPERT

Agnès has been a confirmed physical trainer for 15 years, specialising in activities of form and strength (BPJEPS AGFF).

Meet her near the fresh water pool for toning and refreshing sessions to stimulate the blood circulation, improve your posture, your concentration and your balance :

  • Aquatonic : The weight and the massage of the water improve fitness and body shaping with simple exercises for all, without an intense work-out.
  • Gym ball: The big fitness ball is used to reinforce deep muscles. It strenghtens the abdominal belt, tones the silhouette and relieves back ache.

Well-being massage

Well-being massage at Maison Pampa, it is a set of touch maneuvers bringing together smoothing, kneading, acupressure points, tapping, vibrations, stretching … practiced on a table, chair or on the floor.

It can be in oil or people can stay dressed.

During the massage, the brain is monopolized by the physical sensations that allow letting go and provides a great rest.

Based on your level Agnès will teach you how to tone your body in water or on a ball to help your muscles wake up gently.

Your coach will accompany you to the wild and replenishing Uchaux hills for muscle toning, stretching and other breathing and posture excercises.
